Porsche Panamera engines will be V6s and V8s, with the power ranging between 300 and 500bhp, and a hybrid is in development. There'll be a turbo, as well as the option of rear- or four-wheel drive.
With its four-door Porsche Panamera is 17cm longer than a Cayenne, but has short, sporty overhangs.
There will be a choice of a six-speed manual or Porsche’s PDK seven-speed double-clutch gearbox, with power going to either the rear or all four wheels.
The twin exhausts at either end of the bumper work with the chrome strip between the rear lights to visually stretch the car.
No interior shots have been released yet for the car yet, although bosses promise top-class comfort in the front and two sculpted individual chairs in the rear. The back seats will fold to increase the generous luggage bay.

The car has a swoopy roofline gives a coupé-like shape.

The price range of Porsche Panamera is expected to be around £50,000

Porsche Panamera will have it world debut in the spring 2009 most probably in the Geneva Motor Show, at that time rest of the details will be reveled for the public eye.
